You have to know which truth, half-truth and lies to tell; whom to tell which to and under what situation you should use which.
Truth is the full blown fact... no if, and or but... just putting it out as it is.
Half-Truth is when you omit facts and give part of the whole tale.
Lies are FACT distorted.
You need all 3.
